Our 60 Field Technicians, with fully stocked vans, are based throughout Northeast Ohio. In addition to our Central Facility in Macedonia, we have two fully-stocked Parts Distribution Centers in Canton and Youngstown for the support of our Field Technicians. This gives OMH the ability to be at your facility in less than 2 hours to handle any emergency breakdown!

OMH is the first and only lift truck dealer to equip all of our service trucks with a Global Positioning System. This allows our 3 dispatchers to instantly locate and direct our nearest Field Technician to your facility, using the most efficient routes to ensure timely arrival.

Parts Express
We have three fully stocked Parts Delivery Trucks that deliver parts to our field technicians, as well as to our customers. This keeps our technicians on the job site, instead of driving around for parts, saving the customer hourly costs.
